DESCRIPTION: Charleston, Utah, across Deer Creek Reservoir and just to the south of Heber City, Utah: The wind, and thus the water, are so calm, that this mirror like photo off of the water is most unusual. Charleston, across the water, is only a portion of what once had a little different position, which was partly where the reservoir now is. Just a speck on the reservoir, a lone fisherman can be see near where the mountain peaks reflect in the water. The leafless Oak Scrubb tree in this photo gives away that it was taken in the Winter months--of 2006 in this case.
