DESCRIPTION: Off the Alpine Loop Hwy near the Timpooneke to Mt Timpanogos trail head, Utah: From the Julie Andrews Meadow, one can look to the east to view the mid summer scene in this photo. The tall mountain in the middle of this photo is part of one of the highest ridges near, and just to the north of Mt. Timpanogos. The many colors of the sky, the evergreen trees, the aspen and more all combine for a wonderful, colorful summer picture. If one ventures into this photo, about one half mile ahead along the hiking path, you can view a multitude of water falls cascading down the side of a canyon all from the snow melt from the peaks and canyons in this photo.
