A dramatic tropical design of a white egret standing in sunlit saw palmetto – December, 2005

This dramatic design is rich in color and contrast. The soft white egret is contrasted against the stark lines and bright yellow-green color of the saw palmetto plants. The diffused lighting on the foreground against the deep colors of the background create a strong sense of sunlight coming through tropical shadows.
