How do you usually ship your products?
For most items, we ship FedEx or UPS Ground. Ground service, for either company, normally requires 3-5
business days from the 1st business day after the shipment date ( within the
continental United States). (top)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the entire order process. As
all of our frames, mats and prints are custom-made, it takes
some time to fill an entire order. This time estimate
includes the 3-5 days transit time quoted by the shipping company for delivery within the
continental United States. Of course, if you have a special need to expedite your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to shorten that time and communicate our capacity to do so on a case by case basis.(top)
How do you calculate shipping and handling
fees?
Shipping and handling is calculated according to a set price
schedule, and is a factor of the over-all price of your order. (top)
How can I track a shipment after it has left
your facilities?
After we have shipped your order, you should receive an email
letting you know the date on which it was sent and the
tracking number. You may then check on the status of your
shipment at any time. (top)
What are your international shipping rates?
If you are ordering from outside the continental United
States, you will be contacted by phone or email by one of our
staff who will quote you shipping costs to your country. (top)
How can I expedite my order?
If you would like a rush delivery, please place your order
through the website first, and then contact us by phone.
We will discuss with you at that time your options regarding
expedited shipping. If we cannot guarantee your order by
the time you need it, we will cancel the order and your credit
card will not be charged. (top)
Is my package insured?
All shipments are insured for the purchase value of the contents. Should your print or any other materials be damaged in shipment, the customer will need to contact us as soon as possible at 512-868-9140. The customer will need to save the box and shipping materials to show an agent of the shipping service in order to validate the claim. In case of damage to contents, the customer is asked not to try to repair it until after the claim has been initiated and it is determined the customer is filing a claim for repairs or full refund. Any further instructions will be given to the customer by the shipping service at that time.(top)
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No, FedEx and UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. If you need your
package sent to a P.O. Box, please contact us after placing your
order and we will work out an arrangement wherever possible.
If we are unable to deliver to your preferred destination, you
may either select another address or cancel your order. (top)
